It's weird times, these days... chilly chilly chilly for outdoor pictures, but we're making it work, and I really do think it's actually completely fantastic.
This guy was my very first photoshoot after I started with my "covid-times" outdoor-only minishooting... aka #bbpsocialdistancingminis... (his tiny baby pictures from May here), and I'm so grateful his family was into the idea of doing all of his photoshoots for his Baby's First Year package like this, outdoors.
This one was the icing on the cake, though (no pun -- well, a little pun -- intended). The forecast was for 30s and not very windy, so we decided to go for it - his birthday is today, so we wanted to snap these shots on Saturday to get them in before the birthday. With the stillness of the day (wind-wise), he didn't even need his winter coat!
He got to show off his walking skills...

And his adorable smiles.
His parents had set up an adorable "Oh The Places You'll Go" backdrop on their garage, and his high chair was out there, ready to go when I arrived. Look at his face as he anticipates his cupcake! Love it.
What a fantastic setup for a fantastic cutie pie.
