Just a few years (wink) before this daddy called to do a Beacon Hill Baby Photoshoot, he and I were in college together. He's been an awesome supporter of BBP (Boston Baby Photos) over the years and has purchased gift certificates for friends (here's a link to the page on my site all about gift certificates if you just thought of someone you'd like to gift...).
Nothing got me more excited, though, than when my college friend reached out and told me he and his awesome, super creative, really fun wife were expecting. Last spring we did photos with Baby JL (remember this newborn session?), and I'm thrilled they decided to go with a Baby's First Year package so that we could capture all the activity and expressions of 9 month-old JL this past fall.
In-Home Beacon Hill Baby Photoshoot
We found some warm sun on this chilly November day:
Sweet 9 month-old kiddo. He loves to explore it all.
From books to blocks, Daddy and he had some fun.
And of course he and mama did, too:
We had to try some outside time, and getting his shoes to stay on was a hilarious undertaking. #itspossibleitkindafailed #butwhoneedsshoes
Mama's buttons - I just adore that moment where he's investigating.
And then we came back inside. Okay, I'll admit it, I begged for some bath time. Because you know me and tub time pictures... I just adore them. But can you see why?
I'm hoping we'll be documenting JL until the time that he is off to college, where he'll make great friends, as well.
