We spent this whole photoshoot indoors because it was warm and cozy in there – and what’s better than rolling around on the bed, on the couch, just playing.
I have one cuddly picture in here that tells a little story from the editing side of things – and it’s the one of mama on the bed with her two kids squashing up in close with her. This one is not the crispest photo, and the old Jess – the Jess before she had her own kids, the more technically precise Jess – wouldn’t have approved of it. But the love is just bursting out of this picture – two babies crawling up tight to their mama – I had to keep it. Because who cares about a little motion blur when the moment just makes your heart melt?
