I had a wonderful (very early) morning with my 5 1/2 year old cuddled in PJs on our couch watching a real live princess get married to a real live prince. I watched the wedding in 1981 on the floor of our playroom with my mom in our PJs when I was almost six, and in 1952 my mum was six when she watched the Coronation with her mother. Fun to wonder what will happen with our beloved royals in thirty years that our kids will enjoy.
And I had to share — Matt Dunham filed this photo with the AP this morning, and it’s just the best. I’m a sucker for kids “ruining” pictures.
