Turner’s Pond Maternity Minishoot

This past spring I started offering at home maternity minishoots – those ones come with a framed print for $250. But sometimes it’s even better to meet somewhere for maternity photos – and if you want to do it at the beautiful Turner’s Pond in Milton, we can do it as one of my Turner’s Pond Minishoots for $175.

I adored getting to know these two wonderful people at Turner’s Pond a few weeks ago. It was such fun thinking about this new little guy arriving in their lives soon!

So wonderful to meet you guys! I’m so excited for this next phase of your lives :)

Dorchester, MA Newborn Photographer – One month birthday pictures with her big sister

It’s hard to be a big sister (I know, I am one!) – but this sweet big girl’s parents totally got it. They knew as soon as Miss K had some craisins for a snack she’d be way more into spending time with her new baby sister.

Yay for craisins! Sugar boost #ftw ;)

And now I can take a minute to introduce the gorgeous girl, Ms. A, who turned one month old at our photoshoot this week. She was a leeeetle tired during photos, but that didn’t stop us from having fun. Isn’t she delicious?

This next one might be my favorite big sister/little sister moment – I just ADORE it. It says so much about this moment in time!

Big sister K did really love on her new sister during the photoshoot.

Eek, I love this one, too – Miss A stretching while K tickles her toes:

Peek-a-boo!

A did give us some sweet faces when she put on her tutu. Because what’s more fun than a tutu?

See? So fun.

And we got to go outside for a popsicle!

And bubbles!

So fun to meet you guys! Thanks for having me!

Watertown, MA Newborn Baby Photographer – She’s perfect!

I was so honored to come meet this sweet girl last week, a mere 13 days after she entered the world. And you wouldn’t believe how by-the-book her session was! As a newborn baby photographer, I sometimes spend time waiting for babies to wake up (obviously), or I relax when I arrive and a new tiny person gets a meal… it doesn’t bother me at all, it’s par for the course.

But this girl? She had her eyes wide open when I walked in the door, she’d just finished a nice big meal, and she was ready for action.

Do you believe this mama and her girl photo? Just adore it.

She got to hang and hold hands with dad…

Look at those eyes!

She even gave us some half smiles:

And the smooshy back skin? Just my absolute favorite.

Look how tiny in Daddy’s arms!

She even gave us a little fuss and grabbed hold of her curtains in frustration. Good little grasp she has there!

And then she convinced us she was ready for a snooze.

But let me just take one minute to show you the tiniest little ear… fuzz at the tippity top of it… kills me…

It was wonderful meeting you guys, thanks so much for having me!

Back Bay, Boston Baby Photographer — She’s 100 days old!

Often times families say they want to do a location shoot with their tiny baby and I am reluctant… I get worried because it can be so much more comfortable for babies at home… But these guys had a plan for their sweet girl’s 100 day celebration, and I was honored to come be part of it. And lo and behold, it went perfectly!

I met them downtown at one of their favorite restaurants (it was at the beautiful Bar Boulud on Boylston Street), and we documented them celebrating with this gorgeous cake:

Luckily her parents helped her blow out the candles ;)

We started out indoors, so we could get some quiet close-up photos…

The lobby of the Mandarin Oriental was a lovely place for some quick photos before going outside.

And then someone fell asleep on our walk down to the Comm Ave Mall.

But she perked right back up when we reached the Boston Women’s Memorial over on the Mall…

And she got to be playful with Daddy…

It was wonderful meeting you guys! Congratulations on S’s 100th day!
